I led the complete modernization of our building’s two elevators — a full replacement of all major mechanical, electrical, and control systems to improve reliability, safety, and long-term asset value.
This was a proactive infrastructure investment, not a reactive repair. The project included new motors, controllers, drive systems, and code-compliant safety upgrades designed to extend system lifespan and enhance resident experience in a high-rise environment.
