Community Activation Through Adaptive Reuse
This project reflects my belief that successful buildings—and successful downtowns—are built not only through physical improvements, but through intentional community design.

At Metropolis, an underutilized common area presented an opportunity to rethink how shared space could serve residents in a changing urban environment. Rather than viewing the area solely as neglected space, I led the effort to reimagine it as a purpose-driven community hub—one that supports connection, belonging, and everyday interaction.
