This initiative reflects my approach to strategic partnership development and cross-sector collaboration — skills that are core to executive leadership in civic and public-private organizations.
In partnership with key stakeholders at AAA and Hyatt, I led the planning and execution of integrated marketing and engagement strategies designed to strengthen member value, expand organizational visibility, and deepen relationships with audiences across multiple touchpoints.
Rather than tactical deliverables alone, this work involved:
• Strategic alignment between organizational goals and partner objectives
• Cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Execution oversight ensuring outcomes were delivered on time and on strategy
